Cancellation policy

- more than 30 days before the start of the rental period or reservation: 100 % of the deposit returned
- Any cancellation received by us less than 30 days before the arrival date will result in the loss of the deposit paid.

Notice of Cancellation : The Customer must inform the Campsite of the cancellation by telephone on the following number: 0492836777 or by e-mail to : accueil@camping-la-ferme.com. Cancellation must be made in accordance with these terms and conditions to be considered valid.
Cancellation date : The date on which the cancellation is received by the Campsite determines any cancellation charges.
Cancellation fees : In the event of total or partial cancellation, cancellation charges may apply. The charges will be calculated according to the date of receipt of the cancellation, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
No Communication : In the absence of written communication in accordance with the above-mentioned procedures, the Customer will be obliged to pay the full amount due for the reservation, whatever the reason for the cancellation.
Customer responsibility : It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that their cancellation is received by the Campsite and to keep proof of this communication (for example, an acknowledgement of receipt of the e-mail or confirmation by telephone).
